An offsite follow-up survey conducted May 20, 2021 found that Ekidzcare had corrected the deficiencies cited under 42 CFR, Part 484, Subparts B and C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a federal recertification survey conducted on March 15, 2021.
